Introduction to the TN-DAS
The Distributed Fiber Acoustic Sensing System (TN-DAS) was independently developed by our company. Based on distributed fiber optic sensing Rayleigh scattering technology, this system utilizes passive fiber optics to capture acoustic (vibrational) signals over distances of tens of kilometers, enabling vibration alerting, event identification, remote monitoring of equipment operational status, and voice monitoring capabilities. This product is particularly suitable for long-distance, wide-area sensing and monitoring applications, offering rapid response, a low false alarm rate, and robust voice monitoring functionality.

Functions of the TN-DAS
Real-time Display of Full-Line Vibration Characteristics & Phase Data Export
The system visualizes full-line vibration characteristics in real time, using different colors to indicate vibration intensity and mark abnormal acoustic vibration events with automatic alerts. Historical and current vibration data of fault points are available for intelligent analysis.
It supports storage and export of full-line DAS data via files or MQTT protocol. The exported full-line phase data can be used by customers for advanced phase data research and development.
3D Dynamic Virtual Visualization of Monitored Entities
It provides 3D dynamic virtual visualization to clearly and intuitively present the status of monitored entities, which greatly facilitates operation and maintenance management.
On the 3D interface, users can view real-time vibration status, alarm information and historical vibration records, play alert audio, and pinpoint the fault location when alarms occur.
Automatic Alarm Recording for Remote Processing
Once abnormal acoustic signals are detected, the system automatically records acoustic waves at fault locations.
Users can configure recording length and segments, and playback recorded files for analysis.
Recordings help users remotely judge line health, retain evidence of occasional faults, and support multi-tool joint diagnosis to ensure line safety.
Remote Monitoring for Real-time Alarm Handling
The online O&M monitoring interface displays alarm locations.
It combines automatic alarm recording and real-time line monitoring.
This function supports remote, real-time disposal of line alarms, allowing users to handle alarm events without going to the site.
Historical Data Storage, Querying and Export
The built-in database stores real-time vibration data, automatic recording files, monitoring data and system configuration parameters.
Users can conveniently query and export both overall line data and data of individual monitoring points.
MQTT Data Push
The system adopts MQTT-based data push mechanism, enabling multi-terminal access to system data and events.
It simplifies data collection and secondary development, and supports seamless integration with users’ existing operation and maintenance management systems.
